Report: Russia presumes that Belarus to keep gas transit

MOSCOW, Dec 23 (PRIME) -- Russia does not want even to think that gas transit across Belarus can be halted and presumes that all Moscow's supply obligations will be fulfilled, presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told channel Rossiya 24 late on Wednesday.

"The position is the following: we would not want to assume it even hypothetically, this is why, we presume that the Russian side will fulfill all obligations as it did for decades," the official said.
